FTWCCU's PC Bill Payment Service offers you the ability to make payments to
merchants/creditors anytime electronically without having to write checks and
buy postage. You can make monthly payments to mortgage companies, utility companies,
credit card companies all from your personal computer 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. You must have a FTWCCU share draft (checking) account to use PC Bill
Payment Service.

- PC Bill Payment service is great for members who travel. You can simply set your payments up on a certain due date and simply hit submit.
- You can arrange your payments to be recurring or single payments. Recurring payments tend to be for the same amount each month and are due on the same day each month (auto payments, mortgage, etc.).
- To use the automatic PC Bill Payment feature, funds must be available in your checking account (5) five business days prior to the due date entered. Most payments are made electronically, however, some merchants are not set up to accept electronic payments and FTWCCU's PC Bill Payment processor will mail a check through the US Postal Service. FTWCCU is not responsible for late payments due to mail service or circumstances beyond our control.
- If you make a payment to a payee or merchant registered with the Automatic Clearing House (ACH), funds will be transferred electronically to the payee or merchant approximately (2) two business days prior to the due date.
- Should FTWCCU be unable to process your payment request due to insufficient
funds in your checking account, a fee of $30 will be debited from your account.
FTWCCU reserves the right to suspend or terminate your PC Bill Payment service,
in whole or part, without prior notification.
- In the event your balance in your checking account is not sufficient
and you have overdraft protection, FTWCCU will transfer funds from your selected
overdraft account and charge a transfer fee of $3.00.
- Note - If a savings type account such as savings or cash management account is used for overdraft protection, there is a limit of (3) three electronic withdrawals per month according to Federal Regulation D.
- If a bill payment is made after 12:00 am Central Time, it will be posted the following business day.
- You cannot place a stop payment order on an item that has already been
sent. It will be your responsibility to collect any overpayment of funds
you have made to a merchant/payee. You may cancel or modify a payment up
12:00 midnight Central Standard Time up to (5) business days prior to the
payment date. Stop payment fee $30.
- You are responsible for maintaining your share draft account balance in order to cover payments you authorize from your account. It is also your responsibility to confirm that a merchant/payee has received a bill payment
- You agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms and Conditions concerning PC Bill Payment and any regulations and laws pertaining to FTWCCU's Online Branch or online applications.
- You agree that you will not give your PIN (password, or make it available, to anyone. If you believe that your PIN has been lost or stolen, or someone accesses your account without your permission, notify FTWCCU immediately at (817) 835-5000 or 800-817-8234 or email us at ftwccu@ftwccu.org.
- We may change the Terms, Conditions, Disclosures, and fees at any time and we will notify you of any such change. Your use of PC Bill Payment following the receipt of such constitutes acceptance of any such change.
- The Terms, Conditions, and Disclosures shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, to the extent not preempted by applicable federal law.

* Inactive Bill Pay accounts will be charged $5.00 a month when there
is no bill pay activity for 90 days.
FTWCCU PC Bill Payment Liability Limitation
FTWCCU will not be liable for missed payments, finance charges, or late fees
due to a failure on the part of any internet service provider, equipment malfunctions,
phone or communication line problems, or the failure of any computer system
to work properly. FTWCCU will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result
of errors on your part in providing an accurate merchant or payee address,
in providing your account number accurately, or in providing accurate billing
amounts, nor will we be liable for your failure to maintain sufficient funds
in your checking account. It is your responsibility to keep an accurate account
of your balance, and to record all bill payments made from your FTWCCU checking
account.
